You can allow staff to see their own training records, for example. The professional version provides a complete and graphical analysis for staff / team resource management.

	*Notes* - From Calendar view , you can see staff's location . By clicking on a member of staff in this view , you can get a summary for that member of the team.Likewise, if you click on the day , you will be shown a daily view where you can also set that day as a special day.For adding events , you can add single / multiple and avoid weekends .
