WHAT DOES IT DO This is a perl script for uploading files into a directory . It is based on Steven E. Brenner fup.cgi,v 1.2 1996. I modified the code so that I could change the upload directory using a HTML form.

Notes - Web form prompts for upload directory - which should be change mod 777- You can change the directory on line so long as there is adequate security.
